Fernhill Garden Centre offers many garden products and services spread over five acres of display grounds. Our product range includes a large selection of plants, trees, garden furniture, BBQs, indoor plants, pots, gifts, garden care products, pond equipment, garden furniture and many more. Fernhill also provides additional services, including free garden advice from our horticultural experts and a comprehensive range of garden design services offered by our award-winning landscaping contractors. We have free on-site parking, a free gift-wrapping service and an in-store restaurant serving a range of hot meals and beverages daily.
Location
Our garden centre in Athlone is easily accessible from Athlone, Ballinasloe, Moate and Hodson Bay. Situated on a 9-acre site, east of the River Shannon on the Longford Road on the outskirts of Athlone. Conveniently located just 500 meters from the M6 motorway Junction 10, Fernhill is only one hour from Dublin and 45 minutes from Galway. Our garden centre is wheelchair-friendly, which makes us easily accessible for everyone!
Our On-site Restaurant
Fernhill is more than just a garden centre. We also house a fantastic restaurant to enjoy coffee, tea, sandwiches, and hot meals. Our restaurant Savoury Fare is the on-site big restaurant offering freshly made meals, fresh bread and coffees throughout the day.
